Privacy Policy — ERP Insights

ERP Insights is an internal analytics application operated by Fusion5 Business Solutions for its staff and authorised client contacts. This policy explains what information the application accesses and how it is used.

Information we access

Identity — when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile picture to identify you and record who accessed what.
Google BigQuery (read-only) — we request read-only BigQuery access (bigquery.readonly) solely to verify, using your own Google account, that your BigQuery permissions allow you to view a given client's dataset. We do not modify any BigQuery data with your credentials.
JD Edwards usage analytics — the dashboards summarise application/report usage data that already resides in Fusion5-managed BigQuery datasets.

How we use it

Information is used only to authenticate you, authorise your access to the datasets your BigQuery permissions allow, and present analytics. The ERP Insights Expert chat may send the content of your questions and selected data to Anthropic (Claude) to generate responses.

Google API disclosure. ERP Insights' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the sign-in and dataset-access features described above; it is not sold, transferred or used for advertising, and no humans read it except as needed for security or support.

Sharing & retention

We do not sell your information. It is not shared with third parties other than the infrastructure providers that run the service (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Anthropic). Sign-in tokens are held only for the duration of your session; access logs are retained for security and support.
